Discount Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Eligibility

This discount is available exclusively to registered business clients (“Clients”) and is not open to consumers.

To qualify, the Client must have an approved B2B account with Ravensbourn Limited and be in good standing (i.e., not over credit limits or past due on payments).

This promotion is only available for new orders placed between the start date and end date of the promotion (“Offer Period”). 

2. Scope of Discount

The discount applies solely to the net purchase price of qualifying products.

It does not apply to:

Shipping fees, delivery charges, or VAT.

Previously ordered or existing orders.

Materials surcharges

Sale items, clearance items, or items already discounted by other special pricing agreements.

Custom or bespoke manufactured products.

3. Redemption Process

The discount code must be quoted at time of ordering

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the code is applied before finalizing the purchase.

4. Limitations

Only one discount code can be used per order.

This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, trade discounts, or volume bonuses.

The coupon is valid for a single use per customer.

The discount is non-transferable and holds no cash value

5. Returns and Cancellations

If products purchased using this discount are returned, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted price, not the full RRP.

If a partial return drops the overall order value below a required minimum threshold, the discount may be revoked, and the refund adjusted accordingly.

6. Right to Withdraw

Ravensbourn Limited reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer and its terms at any time at its sole discretion.
