Bread Tray 1
This large, ventilated bread tray has a durable construction and is moulded from food grade polypropylene. It holds up to 15 loaves and has both an open front and back to allow easy access to products. Each basket stacks one on top of the other with a clever locking system, then nests together at 90° - ideal for storage.
100% recyclable.
This tray is compatible with our RavDolly15.
Bread Tray 2
This large, ventilated bread tray has a durable construction and is stronger than our BT1 tray. Moulded from food grade polypropylene, it is also 100% recyclable. It holds up to 15 loaves and has both an open front and back to allow easy access to products. Bread Tray 3
Moulded in food grade polypropylene, our BT3 has a durable construction with a smooth, hygienic finish. It can hold up to 12 loaves and has an open front which allows easy access to products. With the addition of bale arms this tray boasts great stacking capabilities. Once the bale arms are folded neatly away, the baskets then nest into each other and can be stored away for future use.

Bread Tray 4
Our BT4 is one of our most robust and reliable trays in the range, suitable for all demands. It has a durable construction, moulded in food grade polypropylene and is 100% recyclable. This tray can hold up to 10 loaves and its high front allows goods to be transported safely and securely. Each basket stacks neatly one on top of the other with a clever locking system and the design allows trays to nest together at 90° for easy storage when empty.
This tray is compatible with our RavDolly 10 and with our Bread Tray 9.
Bread Tray 5
The smallest tray in our range, this ventilated tray has a durable construction with a smooth hygienic finish, moulded in food grade polypropylene. It can hold up to 6 loaves and is the best tray for pastries, cakes and buns! Each tray stacks and nests together with no moving parts for easy storage when not in use – ideal for bakeries with limited space.

The most popular product in our basket range, our BT9 has been designed to be lightweight without compromising any strength or functionality. It has a durable construction and is moulded in food grade polypropylene. It can hold up to 10 loaves with an open front which allows easy access to products. The design allows trays to stack and nest together at 90° for easy storage when empty.
100% recyclable.
This tray is compatible with our RavDolly10 and with our Bread Tray 4.
Pinty Crate
Our Pinty Bottle Crate is moulded in food grade high density polyethylene (HDPE) Crates stack together and their internal dividers make them suitable for storing and transporting up to 20 standard milk bottles under 8 inch/20 cm.
Poly Crate
Our Poly Bottle Crate is moulded in food grade high density polyethylene (HDPE) These crates do not have any internal dividers and are stackable via a 180° turn making storage and transportation much easier and more efficient.
Steri Crate
Our Steri Bottle Crate is moulded in food grade high density polyethylene (HDPE) Crates stack together and their internal dividers make them suitable for storing and transporting up to 20 beer and standard milk bottles under 9 inch/23 cm.
Plastic Dolly RD10
Our RavDolly 10 has been specifically designed for use with our BT9 and BT4 Bread trays. It is moulded in Food Grade High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and its robust construction make it very hard-wearing, yet remains lighter than its typical steel equivalent. Dollies are fitted with four 100 mm nylon swivel castor wheels for easy manoeuvre and are stackable via 45° turn for efficient storage.

RavNest Standard
Our Standard RavNest is a Eurosize container with a durable construction, smooth hygienic surface and is moulded in Food Grade Polypropylene, a popular tray used in many supermarkets. Stackable and nestable, the Standard RavNest features a swing bar to minimise product movement and damage to goods in transit and containers will stack safely and securely on reinforced bale arms. Its ventilated sides and base promote good air flow and are suitable for use within temperature controlled environments. The handholds each side of the tray have been designed to ensure easy and comfortable manoeuvre of produce even when wearing gloves. Its stippled exterior makes removal of printed sticky labels much easier and the ticket holders each end of the container allow produce to be identified quickly and efficiently.
Steel Dolly
Our steel dolly can be made to fit any size bread tray and can be produced either in BZP steel, or powder coated with a colour of your choice.
